For more than a decade, LODS has been committed and fully dedicated professionally to providing legal services both through litigation and non-litigation (consultation, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, or expert assessment) to Clients, both Individuals and Legal Entities or Government and Private Institutions as regulated in Law No. 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates.
Legal Services provided by LODS cover all areas of legal practice in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with Law No. 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, especially in the field of Special Commercial Civil Law, namely Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations.
